What is the application process and how long does it take? 

The application can be completed on our website by clicking Lease Now. Please note, there is a $75 application fee per adult (18+). All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a separate rental application. Each applicant must provide proof of income and two forms of government identification. Screening includes credit, rental history, and background checks. Most applications are processed within 24-72 business hours.  

Do you require a credit or background check? If yes, what are the minimum requirements?  

We ask that applicants have a monthly gross income of at least three times the rent. This helps ensure you can fully enjoy everything our community has to offer without added financial stress.  

Is smoking allowed?  

We're proud to be a smoke-free community, promoting a cleaner, healthier environment for all who live here. 

Do you require renters’ insurance?  

Yes, renters’ insurance is required. Proof of coverage must be submitted before moving in. Each lease holder must be listed on an insurance policy. We offer a third-party resident liability program for $15.00 a month that you can automatically enroll in.  

Do you offer flexible lease terms?  

Yes, we offer flexible lease terms starting at 3 months to those looking for a shorter stay. Additional fees may apply, so feel free to contact us for full details and availability. 

Do you have furnished apartments?  

While our units are not pre-furnished, we're happy to connect you with trusted third-party vendors who specialize in furnishing solutions. 

How do I access my home and the amenities?  

At move-in, you’ll receive a set of keys for your apartment and a key fob for secure and seamless access to the buildings and community amenities. If you ever need a replacement key or fob just stop by the leasing office and we’ll be happy to assist. 

Is parking available?  

Yes, general parking is free and conveniently located throughout the community for residents and guests. Reserved parking spaces may be available for an additional monthly fee.  

Is there public transportation nearby?  

Accent Brier Creek is well-connected, with access to local public transit options nearby. It's a convenient choice for commuters or those who prefer to leave their car behind.
