We are a pet-friendly community allowing dogs and cats. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per unit with a combined weight limit of 85 lbs.

There is a $400 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, a $200 fee for the second, due prior to move-in. Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet also applies. Please call for a complete pet policy.
